Hi there and welcome to Mrs B Bakes; my baking blog showcasing my recent creations and recipe catalogue for you to try out at home.
I have been baking for over 10 years now and have built up a repertoire mainly consisting of celebration cakes, cupcakes and brownie creations.
My favourite cake to make is always a Birthday Cake as there is always something so personal and exciting about baking something bespoke.
Granted my work is mainly for recreational and tasting purposes (great perk of the hobby), I can take the odd booking for baked creations ranging from celebration cakes to dainty macaroons. Please note I do have a full time job (in catering of course, you can’t keep me away from it!) alongside maintaining Mrs B Bakes so I cannot take on that many orders at once!
